No. Your fan taps Unlock in the chat, pays, and the file arrives in the same Telegram chat.
How do fans pay?
By card in a checkout that opens inside Telegram, or with Telegram Stars.

How do payouts work?
Card sales are paid out by Dropp every week, to the payout you set up there. Stars collect on your own Stars bot; from 1,000 Stars you cash them out through Fragment, up to 21 days after the sale.
Can an agency run several creators?
Yes. One login for all your creators, chatters assigned per creator, and nobody shares a creator's Telegram login.
Do I need Telegram Premium?
No. Only posting Stories needs Telegram Premium.
